Inclusive badges are signals to candidates that your organisation is committed to disability-inclusive employment. When earned, badges appear publicly on your employer profile, and are displayed to candidates and others browsing roles on the Field. How you earn a badge depends on the badge itself.
What are inclusive badges and how do I earn them?
There are three foundation badge and one second tier badge focussed on up-skilling your team around disability-inclusive culture. To earn each of these displayable badges, a member of your team who is registered on the Field must complete a learning workshop.
The three foundation workshops are:
- Defining Disability and Inclusion
- Disability-Inclusive Communication
- Disability-Inclusive Recruitment
The second tier workshop is:
- Disability-Inclusive Interviewing
Once you have fully completed a workshop, the relevant badge will be added to your profile automatically.
First on Field
Another displayable badge is the First on Field badge. This badge is assigned by the Field team to the first organisations to join the Field, as recognition of their early commitment to working with our job site to level up employment opportunities for people with disability.
Only one member of your team must complete a workshop to earn a badge, however we encourage all your team members registered with the Field to upskill in disability and inclusion by completing the workshops. You and your team can also complete a workshop as many times as you like to get its full value.
