I believe someone has breached the Fields Community Guidelines – what do I do?
The safety of the Field’s community is our top priority and any concerns will be worked through quickly and confidentially. Our Community Guidelines are there to ensure everyone feels confident and supported when they use the Field. Following these guidelines is essential to making sure we’re all on the same page when it comes to using the site in a way that is respectful, honest and inclusive.
If you think someone has acted against the Community Guidelines, we encourage you to report this to our Customer Support team. You can do this via our helpdesk chat, over the phone on (03) 9830 0190, or via email at email@example.com.
How can I report content I find inappropriate?
Safety on the Field is our highest priority. Reporting of inappropriate content on the Field is taken seriously, and handled quickly and confidentially. One way to report content is to get in touch directly with our Customer Support team via our helpdesk chat, over the phone on (03) 9830 0190, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you’re accessing a profile, a job ad or a job application, there is an additional way you can report inappropriate content.
- At the bottom of each page you will find a “report content” button. When selected, it will bring up all the locations where you have the option to “flag content” across the page.
- Clicking on “flag content” will open a report form where you can fill in the details of your complaint.
- All reports of inappropriate content are sent to our moderators, who will determine whether or not the content is removed.
What do I do if the Field takes down my content?
If your content is taken off the Field, we will let you know what was taken down and why. You’ll need to fix the issue before you can re-upload the content.
