The Job hub section of the Field makes it easy for you to track and review the status of each candidate’s application in one area.
- From ‘Manage jobs’, go to a job ad to review applications. If job seekers have applied for that job ad, you will find the number of applicants that have applied.
- Click on the ‘View applicants’ button.
You can now access the candidates that have applied for the job.
Shortlisted
You can assign ‘Shortlist’ status to an applicant by clicking on the ‘Add to the shortlist’ button or by clicking directly on the ‘Add to shortlist’ icon. The icon will change when it becomes active.
If you wish to remove the applicant from the shortlist, click on the ‘Shortlisted’ tab and use the ‘Remove from shortlist’ button or click on the ‘Remove from shortlist’ icon.
Unsuitable
You can assign ‘Unsuitable’ status to the applicant by clicking on the the ‘Mark as unsuitable’ button or the ‘Mark as unsuitable’ icon. The icon will change when it becomes active.
If you wish to remove the ‘Unsuitable’ tag, click on the ‘Unsuitable’ tab and use the ‘Mark as suitable’ button or click on the ‘Mark as suitable’ icon.
Interviewing
You can assign ‘Interview’ status to the applicant by clicking on the ‘Interview’ icon. The icon will become active and display a ‘Selected for interview’ message.
When you have interviewed the applicant, you can change their status to ‘Interviewed’ by clicking on the ‘Interviewing’ tab and clicking on the ‘Mark as interviewed’ icon. If you wish to remove this status, click on the ‘Mark as unsuitable’ button, which will remove this status.
