Can I use an ATS with the Field?
It depends on your ATS! We have some live integrations currently available on the Field, and are in conversation to increase the number of integrations.
What are the ATS options currently available?
the Field's current direct integrations include:
- Broadbean (middleware)
- PageUp
- JobAdder
Organisations using Broadbean as middleware should be able to integrate with the Field when using any of the following Applicant Tracking Systems:
- Avature
- Bullhorn for Salesforce
- Bullhorn
- Dynamics 365
- FastTrack
- FoundU
- Frontier Software
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Technology One Corp
- Vincere
- Voyager Software Ltd
Who has access to create an ATS integration?
The teammate who has been assigned Technical user permissions can connect your organisation's ATS with the Field, either by generating an API access key, or through your ATS customer ID.
Where can I find the integration options?
Your Technical user teammate will be able to access an option in your Company account called 'Integration partners' where they will be able to find the available integrations and generate or revoke an access key.
How can I connect my ATS with the Field?
There are slightly different processes if you're using Broadbean as middleware or connecting directly through PageUp or JobAdder.
Broadbean
- Go to the 'Integration partners' section of your employer profile (only your Technical user teammate can access this, so make sure they're assigned!)
- In the list of integration partners, you will find Broadbean
- Click the 'generate access key' button
- Copy the access key. If you lose your access key, you can always generate a new key.
- Go to your Broadbean account
- Choose the Field as a job board
- Through Broadbean, you will be asked to provide:
- Owner ID
To find your owner ID:- Go to the my teammates section of your employer profile on the Field
- Choose the hiring manager account you would like the jobs posted from
- Click on the hiring manager name
- From here, the owner ID will be the numbers at the end of the URL (userID=#)
- If you have trouble finding your ID, our Product team are happy to help! Get in touch via developer@thefield.jobs.
- Employer ID
Your employer ID will be the API access key already generated.
- Owner ID
- Save and continue.
the Field should now appear in your Broadbean account for you to choose from when posting a job.
PageUp / JobAdder
- Go to the 'Integration partners' section of your employer profile (only your Technical user teammate can access this, so make sure they're assigned!)
- In the list of integration partners, you will find PageUp or Job Adder
- Click the 'set customer ID' button
- Your customer ID will be your ID # from your PageUp or JobAdder account. If you do not know your customer ID #, please contact your PageUp or JobAdder account manager.
- Add your Customer ID # into the Field
- Save and continue
Your jobs will now be added from your PageUp or JobAdder account every 15 minutes.
Is ATS integration two-way integration?
It depends on your ATS!

Yes, the integration with your ATS is two-way
PageUp
No, the integration with your ATS is one-way (you can post jobs, but not receive applicant information)
Broadbean
For organisations using Broadbean as middleware, the following ATS options should have two-way integration:
- Avature
- Bullhorn for Salesforce
- Bullhorn
- Dynamics 365
- FastTrack
- FoundU
- Frontier Software
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Technology One Corp
- Vincere
- Voyager Software Ltd

What if I have a different ATS?
If you have a different ATS and you’re interested in integrating your ATS with the Field, get in touch via developer@thefield.jobs. We are in discussions with of a number of ATS systems, including SuccessFactors, ScoutTalent, HireRoad, Expr3ss! and HireUp. We don’t currently integrate directly with Phenom, Bullhorn or Workday, however you may be able to access some of these systems if you use Broadbean as middleware. Our Customer Support team can also provide job posting assistance to organisations who use ATS systems that don't currently integrate with us.
Can my organisation integrate with the Field if we have a customised ATS?
In many instances, we can work with organisations who have a customised Applicant Tracking System to develop integration capability. Get in touch with our Product team at developer@thefield.jobs to chat through what’s possible.
Is there a fee for ATS integration?
There is no charge from the Field for standard ATS integration. There may be fees from your individual ATS providers, which are best discussed with your ATS Account Manager.
What if lose my integration access key?
If you lose your integration access key, you will need to go into the list of available integrations and ‘Revoke access key’. This will then allow you to generate a new access key for that integration provider.
How do I cancel my API integration?
Broadbean
As Broadbean uses an API integration, the following process can help you cancel your integration:
- Go to the ‘Integration partners’ section of your employer profile
- Find the list of available integrations
- Choose ‘Revoke access key’
This will cancel the integration handshake.
PageUp / JobAdder
These systems do not currently use an API integration. To cancel integration with the Field, get in touch with your ATS Account Manager who will then cancel the configuration with your ATS provider.
