The salary increments when you post a job are excluding super.
Why are “commission” and “bonus” included in Post a job?
Some jobs will attract commission and/or bonus options as perks of the role. These options won’t be relevant for every role, and it isn’t mandatory to select them.
Can I post an unpaid internship or volunteer work?
You are able to post internships and volunteer work on the Field. It's important to note that all jobs on the Field must meet the National Minimum Wage.
What are interview preferences and what do I do with them?
On the Field, a candidate can nominate their preferred interview type and whether they might have certain requirements to make the interview accessible to them, such as an AUSLAN interpreter. Not all candidates will include interview preferences, however if someone does, they are letting you know which format they think would best set them up for success.
If you aren’t sure whether you can make someone’s preferred interview format work, have a conversation with them about what other options there might be. Being open and flexible to adjusting interview formats helps to make sure the process is inclusive for everyone.
Can I ask a candidate about their disability?
You can ask questions specifically relating to the role, such as whether a person has accessibility preferences or requirements to help them best perform in the job. This extends to conversations around flexible work, workplace adjustments, and performing the tasks specific to a role. It’s unlawful to ask someone personal questions about their disability. We have put together some tips for getting the accessibility conversation started.
You can also find information via Job Access:

How do the Q&A sessions work?
When posting a job on the Field, you can add a Q&A session. The purpose of a Q&A session is to open the conversation to prospective candidates about a specific role. This can include discussion around what a role entails, how it fits into the organisational structure, and the benefits of your organisations company culture.
It’s important to note that once you have added a Q&A session to a job, you won’t be able to change or delete that session.
How do I find my applicants contact information?
You can access the contact information of your applicants via your Job hub. Click to manage the specific role, and then click “view application”. Contact information will appear at the top of the application.
Can I export the applicant list?
No, there is currently no option to export the full list of applicants. You can access your applicant list from manage jobs, via your Job hub.
