How do I create a great password?
To make sure your account is secure, passwords need to contain:
- At least 7 characters, some of which have to be letters
- A number, or a special character
What do I do if I forget my email or password?

Someone not in my organisation has used my organisation’s ABN – what do I do?
When registering with the Field, there are checks in place to validate ABNs. If you are the first person to register your organisation with the Field, and you are notified that the ABN is already in use, you can get in touch with our Customer Support team to resolve the issue. Do I need to choose a subscription bundle when I register ?
If you're a Job seeker, you don't need to choose a subscription bundle. Using the Field is free for all Job seekers.
If you're an Employer registering for the first time, you will need to choose a subscription bundle for your organisation. You can find more information about subscription bundles here.
