Answers to the questions:
Do I have to disclose my disability to a prospective employer?
No, the decision about whether or not to disclose your disability is completely up to you. There are opportunities for you to share your accessibility needs and preferences if you choose, and you can make these appear or not appear to hiring managers on your profile.
How do I apply for a job?

The resume from my profile has been added to my application – can I change it?
Yes! The resumes from your profile are added automatically to your applications to make the process of applying for a job quick and easy, but you can replace them in each application.
How can I include my cover letter?
You can upload a text cover letter to an individual job application as part of applying for a role.
Can I save cover letters to my profile?
No, at the moment we don’t have the option for you to save cover letters to your profile.
Are there cover letter templates I can use?

Do I have to choose how would I like to interview?
No, you don’t have to add interview preferences to your job applications.
How long do I have to wait once I’ve applied for a job to hear back?
When you've applied from a role, it can be tough to say how long it will be before you hear back. It will depend on the employer and the role you've applied for. We encourage employers on the Field to get back to applicants as quickly as possible, and to provide feedback to people who are unsuccessful. If you have applied for a job and don’t hear back at all, we would love to know so we can provide some feedback to the organisation.
If I give feedback about an employer or hiring process, will it be anonymous?
We take all feedback seriously and treat it with confidentiality. We can pass on your feedback anonymously to an organisation if that’s your preference.
