Why do I need to add my company’s ABN to register?
the Field has been set up with company profiles, but not individual hiring manager profiles. To give you access to your company profile and connect all your teammates in one spot, you will need to connect via your organisation’s ABN.
Do I need an account to post jobs on the Field?
Yes, you will need to be registered, have a subscription bundle, and be signed in to post jobs on the Field.
How do I search for candidates?
At this stage, you can only access a candidate’s profile if they have applied for an advertised role with your organisation. There is currently no option to search for new candidates. To attract the greatest number of applicants to your jobs, we encourage you to make sure your profile and job ads have as much information as possible, and to earn and display inclusive badging on your profile. How do I know whether my applicants have disability?
Our job site is designed by and for people with disability. We rely on an honesty system at the Field, and expect our users to represent themselves authentically, however we do not require our users to disclose their disability.
