- Enter the email address you used to register on the Field and click ‘submit’. This will send an email to help you reset your password, which has two options:
- Click the ‘change my password’ link in the email, choose a new password and click ‘change’ to confirm. OR
- Enter the four-digit code from the email directly into the ‘verify my code’ screen on the Field. You can then choose a new password and click ‘change’ to confirm. If you can’t see the code in your email, re-send the code via the ‘verify my code’ screen on the Field.
You can follow these steps even if you registered using your Facebook account log in. This will reset your password for your www.thefield.jobs account only. Your Facebook password will not be changed.
